Refund Policy

Refundable and non-refundable policies for Sull'Aqva mirror the industry standard for this kind of program:  the deposit is not refundable, but tuition is, in increments that are determined by date.
If you need to cancel:

• for cancellations before 30 May, 2024, you will receive 100% of the refundable tuition portion (€1,600) 
• for cancellations between 30 May and 16 June, 2024, you will receive 50% of the refundable tuition portion (€800) 
• for cancellations between 16 June and 30 June, 2024, you will receive 25% of the refundable tuition portion (€400) 

In plain English, a month's notice is required for a full tuition refund. With 3 to 4 weeks' notice, we can refund 50% of it, and with 1 to 2 weeks' notice, 25%.  It drops off as the date gets closer because we are dealing with non-refundable items, too.  Venice is an incredibly special place, and they know it and charge accordingly. 🙂
